Hello again. For spare parts, you are supposed to be using your friend’s account. But you can also create your account and ask us for access to the spare parts on chat for example. be ready to provide the serial number of the printer on that case (solver sticker on the frame above the PSU).
Hello Stephanie, to see the spare parts, you have to be logged in the online store to the account that you have used to purchase the printer (same email address).
