In this guide, we’re going to modify the Nextruder on your MK4/S, MK3.9/S to accomodate the MMU functionality.
If you are using another printer type, please refer to the respective chapter for the given printer.
The MK3.9/S printer is functionally equivalent to the MK4/S.
The instructions are shown using the MK4 printer, so some parts may look different. This does not affect the procedure.
Unload filament from the printer and remove the spool holder.
Make sure the extruder on your printer is in the middle of both the X and Z axes.
Power off your printer and disconnect it from the power.

I was in the process of updating my Nextruder on my MK4/S for it to be compatable with my MMU3. There are no parts in my MMU3 kit to do the Nextruder upgrade. How do I get them.

What I find ridiculous, I bought the mmu3, and have to buy the oring on Amazon, as well as a few screws(the 22mm) and the new 3x1 magnet for the sensor.

I print TPU often.  After reading this section I am worried that maybe switching back to a Prusa with MMU3 might not have been a good idea.  I hope I don't end up regretting this... Really Prusa, why can't we have the ability to switch between MMU3 and not MMU3 with less effort?  I don't reacall having any problems with the MK3 I had... I hope that Prusa will fix this.

Hello. It should be only disabling the MMU in the settings and disconnecting PTFE tube.

Will I need to take additional steps with the Nextruder to upgrade to the MK4S ? I ask because I'd like to go in just once, and if I will need to make further modifications to the Nextruder, I may wait on the upgrade of the MMU3.

"Hello. There will be changes to the cooling and nozzle in the MK4S, but this upgrade can be completed in 15 minutes or less. The changes you made for the MMU upgrade remain the same.
