The printer shows the message "Extruder motor is not spinning on tool #". In place of #, the number of the Dwarf board is shown.
This problem occurs due to increased resistance between the Dwarf connector and the cable connector, which is caused by the cable and connector being held too firmly in position.

A firmware update to 6.2.0 RC1 or higher is recommended. Non-final firmware versions are available on our dedicated GitHub page. Once you download the file, follow the rest of the regular firmware updating procedure.
Remove the dwarf-cover-connector, as it might hold the cable and its connector too firmly. Fully loosen the bolt that holds the part, and remove the bolt. The dwarf-cover-connector can then be spaced out more, and removed from the Nextruder assembly.
