THIS CAN COME PRE-ASSEMBLED! Inspect your Nextruder Heatsink, these might already be installed!

Hello Goggalor. I apologize, but it seems you may have navigated to the wrong manual. This guide is for assembling the Original Prusa MK4.
But from what you write it seems you are building an MK4S. So, you can follow this assembly manual: https://help.prusa3d.com/category/original-prusa-mk4s-kit-assembly_2167
In the newer version, the MK4S, this assembly is pre-completed from the factory.
