To open the right folder in macOS use the shortcut in Cura under Help -> 'Show configuration folder'

Yes you can use it. It is almost the same settings except 2 retract and default bed temp value. For everyone else who has trouble with Cura 4.7.(1) importing the original profile from here, you have to change this in the profile file "Original_Prusa_i3_MK3S_MK3.def.json": This:             "0": "Original_Prusa_i3_MK3S_MK3_extruder_0"  To this:         "0": "prusa_i3_mk3_extruder_0"and Cura will not crash anymore.

When I installed Cura, there was an option to add a prusa i3 mk3s in the installation wizard.

Would you recommend these profiles over the ones that come with cura, and if so, why?
