Our Prusa app offers the option of using Prusa Connect from your smartphone.

The app includes observational features for printers and teams, a basic direct print option, working with NFC, and notifications.

Download

What can the Prusa app do?

  • Printers: easy monitoring of printers and their current statuses
  • Jobs: overview of current and historical print jobs, up-to-date telemetry
  • Notifications: Notification of important events and statuses of your printers and jobs directly on your mobile phone, both as a "push" and a notification screen
  • Wi-Fi Printer Setup with NFC: Some of our models are equipped with an NFC antenna, which makes it quick and easy to set up Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Adding a printer: You can easily add new printers under your account, to your team, and manage them

Features to be improved

You are welcome to try these features, but they are still being improved:

  • Starting printing from the cloud: Start a print job directly from the cloud
  • Printables integration: Basic integration with the Printables.com platform, where you can find the model you want and directly start printing on any of your printers

Hello I have a Qidi Q2 combo I’m trying use Prusa with
srmalloy
The app misbehaves if you don't pay attention to it on startup. I opened the app on my Samsung tablet, and while it checked for updates, I switched to a minesweeper app; when I came back to the Prusa app, it was at the main screen, but showed no printers, despite my Mk4S printing away in the next room. When I saw that I was not logged in, I tried to log in, but the connection to the login server failed and kicked me back to the main menu. Repeatedly. I had to force stop the app and restart it, then sit there and wait for it to decide, in its own good time, that I needed an update, then update the app, and open the updated app, before I could connect to my Prusa account. The error when the app fails to handshake with the login server should be more informative, instead of just throwing an "I can't do this" error and dropping back to the main screen -- "Wrong app version; update your app" would have been much more useful for identifying the problem

When I try to scan the QR code to link my prusa app to my printer it refuses to continue after all Fields have been filled in like name and location. I tried it multiple times I don't know what's wrong but now I can't link my printer
Also I don't see where I can contact support directly from this page. It seems to just link through to more forums rather than help desk

The side sensor base i received was slightly different from the kit assembly guide. There is no slot to put the 2nd bar magnet. Where can I find the updated instruction how to build the side sensor base?
