That did not work. Can support provided me with the file for the extruder body that I can open in Fusion 360 and make the wire channel wider by removing material from the left side of the channel?
Yeah this is the worst design nave ever come up with I'm and have to grind off a bolt too. There's a difference between difficult and stupid, This design is just plain stupid.
This section took me 4 hours and 45 minutes. That included a half hour to grind the head off a bolt so I could remove it after the nut I was pulling in with the bolt started spinning in it’s socket. I don’t recommend the Prusa method of pulling a nut into it’s socket with a bolt.
