What happened?

The printer is showing the message "%s lost a link to parent system". This message is shown when there is a firmware issue, where in place of %s, the name of the component that lost communication is shown. 

Error name: Link lost

Error code: #35331

How to fix it?

Try to do a hard Factory reset (CORE One L, CORE One, MK4/S, MK3.9/S, MK3.5/S, MINI/+, XL) with the latest firmware on the USB drive. If the issue persists, contact our Customer support.

Newer firmware relaxes the AC link requirements somewhat. Even with that my printer would still randomly throw the error. Reseating the cables or resetting did nothing. Had to ship the whole thing back…

This is useless, it solves nothing. Maybe I should reinstall my operating system every time it has a bug. Monumental idea: FIX the actual problem.
