What happened?

The printer can detect if a loaded G-code is not compatible with the current printer setup, thanks to a set of saved hardware settings. In this scenario, the printer shows the message "The G-code isn't fully compatible".

Error name: The G-code isn't fully compatible

Error code: #31803 (CORE One) #35803 (CORE One L) #26803 (MK4S) #27803 (MK3.9S) #28803 (MK3.5S) #13803 (MK4) #21803 (MK3.9) #23803 (MK3.5) #17803 (XL) #12803 (MINI)

How to fix it?

Ensure full compatibility between the G-code and the printer. In particular, double-check both the G-code and the printer hardware settings in LCD Menu -> Settings -> Hardware, for differences in the printer model, the parameters of the installed nozzle, and other hardware settings

Hi- After upgrading to Firmware 6.4.0 I am also getting the same message. This was after the hardware upgrade for my CORE-ONE to CORE-ONE+ ..Not being able to find a solution to the problem so I have now downgraded to the previous version.
Any ideas?

Hi - Any update to this as yet ? As you'll guess many people are getting the same error- all started when we updated to Firmware 6.4.0 ? Sounds like an urgent bug fix is required ?

I have checked all the suggested printer hardware settings. I am missing the incompatible setting that triggered the error code...
Any suggestions as to why i'm getting this error?
When I get the error, I print anyway and it seems to work (although it is slow)

My setup:

MK4
6.4.0+119747
MK4_MK4S_MK3.9_MK3.9S_firmware_6.4.0.bbf

Thanks

mam XL
stejný problém jako popisujete vy. Nahrál jsem nový firewall 6.4 a ihned po nahrátí mi píše že špatný G-kód
nevítají je lepší se vrátit ke starší verzi a nebo dá se to nějak opravit

I too am getting the error message on my MINI after the 6.4.0 update yesterday. I am running a test print any way. I went through the "fix it" steps above and found no discrepancies between the two. So must be above my understanding. 😖
